While I open an .iso file on windows xp I get a message like this:The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel. Please help me

You don't open .iso files in that manner. They are disk images that must be burned to CD/DVD using the proper software: http://www.ehow.com/how_4898775_burn-windows-xp-cd-burner.html
