while opening hd pictures in picasa i m getting screen tearing.... is that common for graphics card???

Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07GHz
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Intel Corporation DH55PJ (XU1)
465GB Seagate ST3500418AS ATA Device (SATA)
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50 ATA Device and
zotac gtx 6502gb gddr5 128bit graphic card and my monitor is AOC t2242we monitor

while i m opening hd pictures in picasa i m gettin screen tearing and i m using new graphics card which is 15 days old plz tell me that ths tearing caused in games can be caused in photo viewer alos??

but most of people said in tom's hardware that scrren tearing is d common problem..and that too the problem presists only while i m playing games and watching pics in picasa photo viewewr in windows photot viewer i m not getting any tearing

Maybe it is a common problem. The first time you used it, was it the same as it is today?

when i installed my new graphics card first time and from the first tym onwards i m getting tearing in picasa.....

Well, i think it might be common in that Card. But unless you can use it in other PC, that's the time you can say if it is damaged or it is common only those kind of Graphic Cards. Try to test it first.
