While playing games PC bluescreens, redscreens and freezes

Hi. I recently built my PC and I'm having issues with games freezing, crashing, and causing my PC to bluescreen and redscreen. Even on games with simple graphics like Getting Over It With Bennet Foddy, where my CPU and GPU temps are only around 50c, the PC still can't handle it for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I was just browsing the internet and I got another bluescreen, I suspect the problem is the PSU like lthampton suggested.

RX570
2x8 DDR4 3200
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite

Its very possible that PSU isn't giving enough juice, and it could be failing. Is it still the coolermaster? I've never had ANY good results from a coolermaster PSU.

It is still the Cooler Master PSU. It has been making a squealing sound while the PC is off so I am going to return it. Is there any software that I can use to check if my PSU is supplying enough power?
