Im concidering between this Acer and the ASUS ROG ... i moved out of my house and i need kinda powerfull laptop for gaming and browsing http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.G6JAA.002

with 1tb hdd 6700-i7 and 128 ssd ... im leaning kinda on the ASUS coz of the faster hdd ... is it matter coz the Acer`s one is with 5400 rpm ...

All depends on the spec you choose, I like the nitro as its size and weight really stand out for portability. I would however be lost with a machine using only a slow mechanical drive, the Asus one will be much better for gaming at a trade off for a slightly heavier (half a pound) laptop.

Yes im concidering the ACER only coz its bigger size screen and the larger video card memory but the slow hdd ...... dunno will it make big differnce thats why im wondering

To be fair the video card VRAM will make little to no impact on that GPU, I'd go with the ASUS.
