White dots appearing in my screen help!

Whenever I start playing a game such as bf4, total war, state of decay etc... little white dots start appearing in my screen bu only when I move and at the edge of the objects like. Please help me!

It is a laptop an alienware 15
-Intel Core i7
-Nvidia 970m
-8gb Ram
-Windows 8.1

any OC being done? what about temperature? so the white dot is it like snow covering the entire screen?

Temperatures reach 80 C max and no they only appear when I move the camera and when playing games

Take off Vertical sync, v-sync

have you tried using different drivers? if problem persist you might want to RMA your lappy.
