Can anyone kindly tell me the cause of the white dots that are present at the center of the screen, just below the Google logo?

Cleaning the monitor does nothing to these white dots.

So they are on the inside of the glass. You can't do much about it.

So is the main reason that dirt has accumulated inside of the glass? Or could there be any other technical problems?

Could be the storage condition, for example if humidity is too high, weird things can happen with electronics.
