Today, when I turned on my PC, after the POST screen it started to display white flashing lines and dots and had to restart it. After a forced restart everything was back to normal. This happened to me a few days ago too when instead of white lines it displayed a flashing solid white image with black edges. I want to know it this is a GPU issue or an issue with something else so I can send it to warranty.

Hardware:
i7 7700K (Not overclocked)
16Gb Corsair Vengeance LED 3000Mhz DDR4 RAM
120Gb WD Green M.2 SSD
2Tb Seagate Barracuda HDD
Sapphire Nitro AMD R7 370 2Gb GPU

Definitely not the video cable or monitor. I am running the latest BIOS version(F8) and my power supply is a Zalman ZM700-LX, 700W. Also, I am experiencing game crashes quite frequently and sometimes the PC freezes completely and I have to shut it off from the power supply. Also, today while playing a game the PC frozen with a blue screen but without any error message or sad face on it, just a plain blue color and had to restart.

Ok, I`ll try running on the integrated graphics for a few days to see if it happens again. I`ll come back with updates.
