[SOLVED] White led on b450 motherboard help

I parts:
Asus rog strix b450-f gaming
Ryzen 7 2700x with stock cooler
Msi armor rx580 8gb
3000 tforce rgb ram
Corsair cx550m psu
Wd 1tb hard drive
Monitor- LG 75hz 1080p display(don't know name
There is a white led that does not allow me to boot up my new computer. I moved the gpu down to the second pcie slot, but still won't boot up. I'm using an HDMI cable to bring up display and also tried switching it with another, but still no result. I've tried unplugging the power from the gpu. I am beginner so something could have happened.

That is the VGA light so it is probably related to the GPU....or perhaps the PSU can't power the GPU.
