Question white light

Hey guys, would like your input here. Just got a new computer case and I'm a little baffled by something. There is a white led light on the very top of the case that is located between the reset button and the fan speed controller device... at first I just assumed it was a " power indicator " but then I noticed that when the computer was "on", the led was off.. and when the computer is off, the led is on. this is on the Antec P101 silent case. So is this a power indicator light that's backwards, or just a little led to help you locate the power / reset switch in the dark? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Thanks for trying, but I think I may have found the answer... this could be the HDD activity light... if so, it's apparently wired up incorrectly as it shouldn't be on when the computer is turned off...

Probably is. If it's flashing when the PC is on now it's that.

But that's the strange thing about it... it "never" flashes.. the light is on when the computer is off... and the light is off when the computer is on. Strange isn't it?
