White PSU: Cooler Master MWE Gold 1250 - V2 ATX 3.0
Black Case: Phanteks G500A

Are there black cables that i can buy separately, or what else can i do ?
Which of the cables are visible ?
How ugly will it be if i left it as it is ?

The PSU will be hidden at the bottom of the case.

Have you thought about reaching out to someone local to you so they could fabricate a custom set of cables for your build? I tend to sleeve my own cables using MDPC-X sleeving. On a side note, you could reach out to Coolermaster, showing proof of purchase, to see if they can send out a cable kit for your PSU but in all black. I've done the latter on other PSU's in the past, in tandem with custom sleeving my cables.

My case is phanteks g500a. Which of the cables are visible?

Aesthetics is something that's perceived differently across a demography. One thing might look good to you while the same thing might look ugly to another individual. Hence we can advise but you're the one having to make the final decision.

Have you thought about a black and white themed build?

Black and white can actually look great if it's done right. A few years ago, I ordered a backplate for my GPU but the picture on the website was very misleading and the ambient light was making it look like dark grey, but when I received it I realized it was straight white. I was really upset but decided to give it a try anyway and it looked amazing. I replaced the GPU since then but I really miss the backplate.

Those are extension cables. If you get these, DO NOT plug them directly into to the PSU, even if they fit. If you have room to hide the original PSU cables, then yes it should work, but only plug the extensions to the existing PSU cables, not the PSU itself or else you might fry everything.
