Question White q-led from POST, wont go to bios

Greetings

I bought an Asus x470I gaming Mobo

CPU: Ryzen 2700X
GPU: Asus turbo RTX2070
RAM: G.Skill F4 3200C14D-16GTZRX

But it wont go past the white q-led on postcheck, so wont reach bios:

Tried the following (outside the case) and without any storage device:
Changed from displayport cable to HDMI
Cleared CMOS
Checked CPU Pins
Tried a MSI GTX 970 from my older system, and also tried the GPU on that system.

This is the 2nd Mobo that i got from this vendor, had to return the first one with the same issue..

WOuld be strange with 2x mobo's that are DOA.

Anyone who has some suggestions ?

Try testing different memory, lower speed.
