So I enjoy white build and especially white sleeves. But I don’t know what type of sleeves to buy. I think the only showing wires would be the GPU, CPU, and Fans right? Idk.

But I’ll be getting:
Gtx 1070 ti
Ryzen 7 2700x
Asus Prime X470
PSU supernove g3 650w
Hope that’s enough information. If not here’s the link to my full build

Since you love white PC, how about getting white PSU to go along with it as well? Like Seasonic PRIME SnowSilent 650 (80+ Platinum),
specs: https://seasonic.com/prime-snow-silent
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yJgzK8/seasonic-prime-snowsilent-650w-80-platinum-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-ssr-650pd2-snowsilent

While PRIME SnowSilent comes with black power cables, you can fix that by buying CableMod SE-series white custom sleeved power cables,
specs: https://cablemod.com/product/cablemod-se-series-xp2-km3-cable-kit-white/

All 3x of my PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD also have CableMod custom sleeved power cables in use, just to get the aesthetics perfect. Full specs with pics in my sig.

But if PRIME SnowSilent is too...

But if PRIME SnowSilent is too expensive for you then you can go only with CableMod custom sleeved power cables, but this time with E-series since E-series are for EVGA units (while SE-series are for Seasonic units),
specs: https://cablemod.com/product/cablemod-e-series-g2-p2-cable-kit-white/

For fan cables, CableMod has you covered as well,
specs: https://cablemod.com/product-category/cable-extensions/4-pin-fan/

Also, MoBo I/O cables (at the bottom of MoBo) remain visible,
PC case front I/O cables: https://cablemod.com/product-category/cable-extensions/2-pin-chassis-io/
HD Audio: https://cablemod.com/product-category/cable-extensions/audio-extension/
internal USB 2.0: https://cablemod.com/product-category/cable-extensions/internal-usb/

The latter three custom sleeved cables are also present in all of my builds.

And lastly, SSD/HDD SATA data cables that go to MoBo would remain visible as well,
specs: https://cablemod.com/product-category/sata-data-cables/?show_products=103

I suggest that you 1st get the E-series (or SE-series if going with Seasonic) power cables full cable kit and once installed, go on from there and look if you need other cables as well.
