Question White spot near the monitor bezel.

I cleaned my monitor with a liquid the day before yesterday (blue colin glass cleaner) and after 5hours I started seeing small white spots near the bottom bezel. The white spots do work but the pixels in it seem to be whitish.

Then yesterday I noticed the spot became a bit bigger (enough to fit my mouse curser).

The monitor works perfectly fine but the fact that it is there annoys my mind. I am starting to think that cleaning the monitor caused this issue and some liquid may have got into the monitor.

Does it look like liquid damage?

P.S I KNOW I SHOULDN'T CLEAN MONITORS WITH A LIQUID. I USED TO HAVE A GLASS FRONT 12YEAR OLD MONITOR A MONTH AGO.

Always spray the cleaner onto the cloth and not the screen. At this point all you can do is hope the liquid will evaporate over time.
