White strip on bottom of monitor

two days ago white strip appeared on my monitor it never goes away unless I shut down the pc,what is this exactly? also it flickers alot when I play game

It seems that you may have damaged the screen, somehow. If you make it to a repair shop, they'll be able to tell you where exactly it's coming from and whether or not it can be repaired. To your knowledge, have you knocked it on anything recently?

as far as I know I have not damanged the screen yet,I just cleaned it out by using a screen cleaner thing that look like "spray" and after two days that white strip appeared,i will have to take it to pc care service where I bought the monitor.

I'm no expert on monitors so you may want to have a second opinion from another Tom's Hardware user. but if no one can answer definitively, take it to a shop. It's your best bet.
