I've had a Samsung 24 inch (T240HD) monitor for about 10 months and I haven't really noticed this until a couple of days ago. Once I got a new Acer 22 inch (P215H) as a second monitor for extended desktop mode, I've noticed that when I drag a window over I can see the difference in color especially with the whites. They look dirtyish, almost yellow on the Samsung screen. Now to make sure it wasn't my video card I've tried this monitor on both my laptop and another computer and still get the problem.

I have also tried replacing the drivers and messing with the Color Correction on both the Win7 and the Disc the monitor came with.

My question is, Is there something I can do to fix this or do I have to send it to Samsung to get fix. Just wanted to check before I fill out a claim with them.

Also Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

Thanks for the info iam2thecrowe. It might be the Backlight. Hard to tell. Im just afraid to send it to samsung because they said if nothing is wrong then I would have to pay 50 dollars just for there time. I think I might just have to take my chances.

Thanks again
