i am looking to make a custom motherboard, but i do not know how to design its electrical schematics. so i am basically looking for information on where to get it done...
i appreciate any info or tips

Factories use teams of engineers to do that !!! There are many PCB design software but for an MB it would require something much better which is usually custom made for manufacturers and VERY EXPENSIVE.
If you have to ask it's way out of your and single person league !!

Haha no. These threads come up once in a while, so I'll post the same post I did last time:

Intel or ASUS will never build a custom motherboard for one person, they would need to redesign everything, and that will likely cost thousands in R&D alone, not factoring in the new machinery needed for producing just one motherboard!

If it was a special order from a university or NASA for example for a specialized computer, then they MAY do it, however in this case, there is no doubt they will refuse.

This is a slightly different use case, but the implications are the same. Nothing is impossible as long as you have deep enough pockets (In this case likely to run into tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars).

You'd be surprised. These type of 'boards do exist, indeed they are quite an integral part of many systems. Typically they're used in huge industrial systems such as oil extraction to name one. In fact, I recall a post on Reddit a week or so back about a bug which found it's way into an outdoor unit for a farming irrigation system shorting and frying a $100,000 motherboard.

I wouldn't say they were one-offs per se, rather more likely very limited productions runs and/or customisability over a base design. I can't say I've seen any myself, but I have heard stories on Redit's /r/talesfromtechsupport about the trials of supporting them :).

thank you very much for your input, i will have to look into a new way of approach. but do you by any chance have / or know anyone who has access to any electrical schematics of an ultrabook motherboard

Using a separate manufacturer's schematics to produce your own motherboard is an infringement of their privacy and borders on cooperate espionage. It will likely land you in deep legal hot water. May I ask what you hope to accomplish?
