Who is on my network? I have a AT&T hotspot and I had created my own password on it to connect. Its only me on the network. Besides my WiFi ext that I keep my WD Cloud on so I can access my files. I went to get on my network cloud and I noticed a Cisco01313 so I had factory reset my hotspot thinking someone is on my WiFi and kept the password that it had on there from factory and when I went back on there to see its still there. I have even connected my WiFi ext back yet. Pictures are on the links below.

do you have a Linksys WVBRO-25 ?

if so, you need to update its firmware:

Doing a MAC address lookup from the published in your graphic, it shows it's a Wistron device, even though it says Cisco. The networking interface may be manufactured by Wistron for Cisco, or they may put their Cisco nameplate on a Wistron device. Note there is not an IP address assigned, so it may be broadcasting on the network, but unable to correctly communicate. Possibly a cable box, smart-tv, chrome like device, IOT device, etc. etc. More detail may come from doing an arp -a command to show the devices on the network.
