I always get this whenever I start up / restart my computer, I don't see any problem while using the computer though but is there a way I can get rid of this?
Im using an SSD
WINDOWS 10

I SOLVED THE PROBLEM
I JUST HAD TO SET THE REMAINING PARTITION INTO A DRIVE. I FORGOT TO SET IT.

That means one of your drives has a "dirty bit" (Windows puts this into a drive to have it scanned the next boot) and either that scan/repair does not complete, Windows is being stubborn, or the drive is damaged badly.

Let's try to make sure that the scan goes off nicely first.

Run (x for drive letter, such as C, and do it for all connected drives)
chkdsk x:
and
chkdsk /f /r x:
(in drive C you will have to set it to next restart, accept and restart it)

and see if it goes well. Note the results.

thank you for returning and saying that! it just helped me, after other 5 methods failed.

in case someone needs the details on how to:

right click the "This computer" icon - Management (or Computer Management) - Storage - Disk management.

there you'll see your main drive (C), which you'll have to expand. to do that, delete all other partitions. this will delete the files on those other partitions, so save the files beforehand (in case you've got something on those partitions). then, in that same window, right click Drive C (C:) and click Expand. then choose the partitions that you've just "deleted" (i. e. formatted), which will make them go into the main drive (Drive C)
