Question Why am I crashing?

My computer is constantly crashing when I am in the middle of playing games and I know no clue why. The VGA led on my motherboard lights up white every time i crash. I took out and plugged the display cables, gpu cables, and gpu back into the motherboard and it still keeps crashing. Any ideas?

Dose your computer crash while not playing games by any chance and also post the full specs of computer because if it is while playing games download Speccy and see the temps of the gpu!

Yeah it only happens when I am playing games and here are my specs.
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X 8-core 3.4 ghz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
MSI B450M Bazooka v2
16 GB DDR4 1333mhz

Apparently, your board has 4 EZ Debug leds. Which one lights up?
Have you tried updating the bios or updating the graphics driver? I'm not sure, but maybe updating the chipset driver will do any good?

The VGA light on my board is lighting up and i have not done any overclocking, i will try to update bios and my drivers
