Question Why am i getting such low FPS in my games ?

i play apex legends and overwatch/valorant

cpu 8086k@4.0ghz
ram 16gb@3200mhz
motherboard rog maximus x hero
graphics card is amd radeon rx 5700 xt
750w psu
liquid cooled cpu

average fps

valorant is 116.2

overwatch fps average is 218.5

apex legends 163.3

what can i do surely i should be getting higher fps with this system.

Just thought I would be around 300 min consistently ok if you think that's all my build can do it's not good enough for me what upgrades do you recommend to see vast fps improvements
