Question Why am I getting Terrible Frames with Mods and Shaders in Minecraft?

I have tried tons of different shaders and tons of different versions of Minecraft but the max frames I get is around 40. I lower render distance and it changes nothing. Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5700, 16 GIG RAM 3000 MHZ. (yes ive allocated 8 gigs of ram to it the game)
