Question Why am I not able to install Win10 with my setup??

Hello everyone,
I built a computer the parts and everything went well,
Setup:
CPU: Amd Ryzen 3220g (APU)
Motherboard: Asus A320M-K
Ram: G. Skill aegis ddr4 3000mhz
That's the specs that matter.

No part is defective or bad because I have already tested everything.

When installing windows, either by uefi or legacy (from usb), I can only see the windows symbol, the blue one from the beginning when we format a computer, and then everything is black and does not develop.
Someone can help me solve the problem, I need the computer for work and it will be complicated.

Do you have XMP/A-XMP/D.O.C.P enabled?

Yes, it was one of the first things I did and I managed to use my ram's entire clock rate with that
But it not solve the problem

Are you saying the issue persists with or without D.O.C.P enabled?
