So when I first turned the pc on for the first time today at first it got stuck in American megatrends after pressing Y key that got me out of that and into bios but it was so distorted I couldn't do much about it. I got the os (windows 11) running downloaded all the drivers I did try to clear CMOS and changed the ram after all that still nothing. I was super careful when I was building the pc I double checked everything even.
Pc components: Ryzen 9 5900x
intel arc b580
Motherboard b550m ds3h
2x16 GB of ram
2 nvme Asda one 500gb one 1tb
I don't know what to do, any help is greatly appreciated

I have a 850w power supply

The bios is pre-software so Windows has nothing to do with it. At that point, do you have your monitor connected to the motherboard video output or the Arc B580 output? The motherboard output should work properly; you may have to switch between the motherboard output and the B580 output whenever you want to access the bios. You could also try disconnecting all of your drives so that the motherboard and bios are all that are available for video output and there is no software interference.

The motherboard output does not work I don't have integrated graphics, it's connected to the GPU and the bios were like that from the start without having installed any os
