Question Why are my windows hiding ?

Specs are;
Gaming Rig 1:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Gigabyte X670E Aorus Pro X
Trident Z5 32gb DDR5 6400
RX 7800 XT
Corsair 850 PSU

I have 4 monitors. 3 Sceptre 1440 165hz and 1 Asus 1440p 144hz. What has been happening is I open either steam, settings etc sometimes the windows don't show up on the screen. The only thing that works to bring them back is Windows+Shift and arrow.

But why is it happening?

You have two monitors and these apps are 'remembering' on which monitor they were last opened. The Windows+Shift+right arrow is the hotkey to swap the active window to the other screen.

But why is it happening in the first place?
