Why are PS4 games so unsmooth?

So, I got a PS4 on Christmas, and the games are super unsmooth. I didn't have this problem on the PC. My games: GTA V, Destiny, Payday 2 are all unsmooth when you turn. It's like the frames go to 10 when you are turning. Even my Xbox 360 was smoother. I had BenQ E2220HD - LCD monitor - 21.5", that I changed, because I thought the monitor was the problem. Now I have Samsung SyncMaster S24B350H, and now it's a LITTLE smoother, but it still isn't smooth. (Could you check my monitors' specs, and let me know if getting a better monitor would solve the problem?) Many of my friends, who play GTA 5, have pretty big 40' televisions, which are pretty old, about 4-6 year old, and their game is fine. I don't want to get one, because of the large input delay. Also, the jaggy edges on the PS4 are damn bad. Can someone help me finding the problem?

You might not see it well, but it doesn't feel smooth at all when turning, it feels like the game doesn't keep up when you turn, feels slow,

that's the main advantage of the PC over the consoles. the performance, which makes game smoother, and run faster.

Payday 2 is probably the worst one because its a PC game at heart, and its just a crappy console port.

I'm pretty sure that is just normal for heavy console games. There is really nothing you can do about it, but just accept that they play that way. :/
