Question Why are these sensors being so inaccurate?

My guess : GPU-Z has a list over different chipset and a table over various addresses that should match the censors for many kind of chipsets, and you just may have one motherboard that is close to a supported model but not excactly the same addresses is used, so you read something completely wild instead of gathering the correct results.

Or: the number representation from the addresses is different on your specific motherboard model.
