I see 2 different GPU's in the titles of your links.
The difference is in the bundles' defaults. Imagine there's 4 different bundles - or maybe Cyberpower does have that many - I didn't look, but:
Budget Gamer Build, and it'll have it's preselected parts, and you can change out parts, or add and remove as desired... Say the base price is $999.
VR Ready Gamer Build, etc. Base price is $1489.
Streaming Gamer Build, etc. Say the base price is 1699.
Ultra Gamer Build, ditto. Base price is $1995.
If it's already part of the bundle, you're not charged extra, thus +0.
If you change a part that they consider an upgrade or a step up from the default, you're charged extra, thus +X.
If you change a part that they consider a downgrade or a step down from the default, you're charged less, thus -X.
The bundles are almost always in favor of the company's profits. Refrain from making too many 'upgrades', if you can help it.
1)NR640 with 4x 120mm preinstalled ARGB fansThey're both the exact same build. Yet, one cost more than the other. ???
They are showing different gpu's yet both have the older i5 11600K cpu which is stupid for a new build.
