Question Why assume faulty power strips

Power strips are not rocket science. Enough gauge and good enough plug contact is all it takes to work properly. Just run hairdryer for minutes and see if your strip gets warm. If not, no, your power strip is not making your PSU malfunction. I find it weird people here blame the power strip before anything.
