I still highly suggest you get something like the Gigabyte board I recommended. There's no need to spend any more than $150 on a motherboard. Once you reach that range, they all do pretty much the same thing. Fancy names such as Sabertooth or Maximus Extreme are merely marketing techniques to attract consumers and provoke them to buy their product over another.
What is this computer being used for? If it's for gaming, a $180 motherboard isn't going to increase performance. Rather, you should be looking at upgrading your GPU and CPU.
