So i'm looking to get a camera for twitch to work with a green screen painted wall. What makes paying 1700-2000+ for a webcam worth it for an average streamer or employer? Would the 360 degree camera work for with green screen wall? Would getting like a green screen mat/fabric backdrops for the rest of the room?

Budget is let's say $40000 just to cover everything (cam, apple product, possibly workstation, etc.), but i want things to make sense, so not trying to spend 40000 (no where near actually lol), but if it's worth it, then probably be ok getting close to that. Only including a budget since it slows down the convo if i don't include one lol.
