why cant i download games on my notebook?

I have recently got a notebook and when I try to download a game it just keeps loading and never downloads.

Where are you downloading them from? Steam? Origin?

Notebooks are really designed for like... note taking. web browsing and word processing about all they can do.

I think should try to download something else from the same site or elsewhere, if that thing still happens then you should contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) of your location.

This problem is not pertaining to your notebook, as far as I know.
