Hey, folks! After six hours I am out of ideas.
1. I had my PC shipped across the country via UPS. (Big mistake, I know). I opened it up, unplugged and replugged everything and there is no visible damage to it or the internal components.
2. I've been using 1080p monitors and I now am using a QHD monitor.
I cannot get past the BIOS splash screen and the low-res Windows logo and loading circle. It simply goes to black.
My monitor does not state that there is no signal nor does it turn off, but I can't get any image. I inputted my password and still nothing happens.
3. I booted into safe mode and changed the resolution to QHD, and it worked... But once I reboot into "normal mode" it's the same issue.
I assume I need to download a monitor driver or simply update the GPU one but I can't install them in safe mode so I'm stuck there as well.
Is this as simple as a GPU or MOBO failure?
