why cant I post a picture(using a link)?

It says to contact the administrator. I want to share a picture via URL but it wont let me.

I uploaded a picture to imgur.com, since the forum does not allow me to upload a picture from my computer.

When I click the picture button, it allows me to enter the link but when I press ok, then I get the message to contact an admin.

i know what happened.

on the imgur picture, right click and choose open in new tab
copy new link into the picture box

if you want to use the first image, just copy that link into body and it looks like

but if you use the actual jpg and the picture icon, this is what it looks like. Main difference is you can resize the bottom one.

the difference is first is a gallery, 2nd is the actual image.
