Why cant i run games

i have a radeon 7870 and im pretty sure the drivers are up to date (4/5/2012)
processor i5 2500k
8 gigs of ram

i have no idea what could possibly be wrong

What do you mean you cant run games? Bad fps? Games wont start? need moar info
