So I got a new pc with an Intel core i5 4460 (3.2 GHz quad core), an MSI GeForce gtx 750 ti 2gb, and 8 gigs of ram. I have watched other you tubers play it at 60 fps while recording with my same rig. I have to turn the graphics down below high to get no lag. Why is that?

You don't mention what screen resolution you are trying to run at.

A GTX 750 Ti should be able to run HD Textured Skyrim in Full HD at 50/60 fps, I've done that on my old 650 Ti Boost, but I doubt you be able to get to QHD, and UHD is totally out of the question.

My current GTX 970 can run it at a DSR'd UHD on my QHD screen.

Your CPU is pretty much irrelevant for Skyrim I believe.

What are you using to record with?
Are you using the exact same recording settings as the people on youtube use?
ALSO, the youtube people may be using a capture card, so their systems aren't actually doing the recording.
I've got a 750ti as well, and it can run it at ultra just fine, but recording it at ultra gives me drops.
Although, I do have a solid 59-60FPS 1080p recording of the game, I can't seem to reproduce it as I don't know what settings I had when I made it.
