Why can't I runt overwatch

We need more information.

What is happening when you try and launch the game. You hardware is fine to run the game so there would be a either something set-up incorrectly or a software issue somewhere.

Do you mean you cannot open the game? Or the game is giving you an unstable performance rate?

I can open the game but it constantly freezes. My computer is new too I just bought it
