So I recently installed my new 7700k and I cant seem to unpark my cores/threads or whatever the following are:

Ive tried using http://www.coderbag.com/programming-c/disable-cpu-core-parking-utility but all I get is:

Even when I have games opened up they are still parked.
Is there any other method thats more reliable and works 100% of the time?
