[SOLVED] Why CPU usage 100%? Help

I am using i5-11400 and UHD 730(win 10 Home, 16gb ram). Each time in map loading of CSGO, BF1, COD MW, those games use about 97% of my cpu. Is there any problem with my cpu or it is the game? Tks4r

Have a look at the Task Manager Details tab. Do not look at the Processes or Performance tabs. Are you still seeing 97% CPU usage?

Are your turbo power limits set to default settings?

I did and cpu still got 90% in detail section, for maybe 7 sec

At default settings, the 11400 has a 65W TDP power limit. This can interfere with maximum performance. When your computer is fully loaded running csgo, run the HWiNFO Sensors and see if your computer is showing anything for Performance Limit Reasons or throttling.

Is your game on a mechanical hard drive or on a SSD drive? A slow hard drive can cause a computer to momentarily lock up.

Here is mine Performance Limit Reasons while fully loaded running csgo , the GT limit reasons sometimes changes to yes-no-yes

My game is all on a hdd 7200 RPM 128mb/s. Is it slow?

You have a fast mechanical hard drive but modern SSD drives are much, much faster. If you want a faster computer, start saving up for a NVMe SSD drive. Check to see if your motherboard has a socket for one of them.
