[SOLVED] Why do I get stuttering

I have fx 8300 gtx 1050 ti oc duel fan and 16 gb ddr3 ram I get 60 FPS on gta5 but I get a bit of stutter is it because of the tiny stock cpu heat sync

What are your temperatures?

Its likely your cpu's performance. GTA5 does not run well on FX cpus unless overclocked fairly high.

Could also be due to some other process running on your system that is interfering. I would start with any anti-virus software as that is the most common but I have seen seemingly trusted software that is not even being used interfere. That is a tuffy for sure.

The only way to test it is disable it.
