Question Why do I get this error when transferring location of User Folders?

I reinstalled W10 on my machine and somewhere in the set up process, my user folders were stored on One Drive. I already have a location for them and when transferring them I get this error. There is absolutely nothing in the documents folder in either location, so I don't understand what would be the issue. I don't wish for my user folders to be on the One Drive. Does any one know how I can get by this error?

"Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected. Access is denied. "

Can you 'right click' on the folder (My Documents for instance), select 'Properties', then 'Location', and point it to where you want the folder to be located?

Somewhere in the OneDrive or Winwdows settings is a checkmark "Store my files on this computer only", something like that (cant say more because I don't want to store everything on OneDrive as well).

Went on to google and found instructions on how to disable One Drive. That cured me of the issue. I don't have One Drive but I've never used it anyway.
