Question Why do i have this problem ? (started since the new F21 Bios B650M GAMING X AX)

Hi sorry for my bad english ill do my best,

i have problem with my PC when i start it and i open Youtube or twitch after few minutes it starts to lag and the color change when i switch up tabs on chrome and it become choppy.

At first i thought it was the ram and it wasnt in EXPO1 so i changed it

After i remembered that i did an update of 3 things with GigaByte Controler Center (GCC) latelely that needed a restart of my PC and after that it started doing <Mod Edit> like this, so i thought it was the BIOS because its on F21 , i saw on the site few days ago there was a F22 update but not anymore when i checked again today lol so idk because i was about to flash my BIOS

So i dont know whats the problem i tried to check HDR settings if it was a problem with my monitor, i checked AMD Sofwtare: Adrenalise Edition i disabled options to increase things in games (Diablo 4, Persona 5, LoL not BIG BIG GAMES) i tried to disable and enable FreeSync Pro AMD but nothing change and someone told me to check if i had malware with RegRun Reanimator and after 1h it still cherching for malware lol so i dont know what to do anymore idk if its the CPU, GPU, the RAM or motherboard, i bought my PC pieces by pieces and did it solo 1 year ago and i have problem on problem because im new in all these if someone can help me im new with chatting here idk if its the right place if not pls tell me where to ask it thx guys

idk if this is what u call by brand but i did it my self with the help of people on some forum so no brand :

if you need more info tell me and if u have some idea from where it come from to pls guys i tried a lot of things , people told me to stop using GCC because its bad, told me to upgrade the BIOS to f22b because it wasnt, and to disable memory context restore and memory power down functions but i tried only the last one and nothing changed, i tried to change to firefox nothing changed to clear cookies and stuff on google nothing changed ..

if someone can help me before i flash my bios tomorrow, i couldnt today idk why i ordered a usb FAT32 to try with it but im really lost
