[SOLVED] Why do I keep getting this kind of error?

How do I fix this? I already reset my gpu and it worked then turn on the pc today and it happened once again, do I have to reset my gpu every time? Why this happens? What's the cause? GPU is an AMD Radeon 5700XT XFX, Motherboard is a MSI X570 , CPU Ryzen 7 5800 , Corsair 3200 hz ram and Win 11

I don't know if I posted the image correctly but on the pinned programs on the start menu some icons such as Microsoft Store, Photos, Media Player, Disney Plus, WhatsApp appeared greyed out and sometime the icons are even broken as if the shortcut doesn't even work

So you think the issue is like there is a bug on Win 11? I reset it once and it appeared the issue was gone, I uninstall some of those apps (they are from Microsoft) and reinstall them and everything worked perfectly, few days passed, turned on the pc and all the shortcuts mentioned before (pinned to the start menu) once again got greyed out. The other time couldn't even open Microsoft store to uninstall the other apps and reinstall. They work now, so far, but man I don't want to start resetting drives and stuff like that every week

should be new versions of win 11 this month, it could fix it.

That's not a bug.
You did windows reset. Now all applications need to be downloaded/updated again.
That's to be expected after windows reset.

Open Microsoft Store app and update your applications.

It doesn't fix it, I did that, wipe the drive reinstall windows again from the start and it keeps happening, to the point that sometimes I'm no longer able to get into Microsoft store to do what you mentioned and even if I get into Microsoft store uninstall the app that is greyed out and reinstall it back that icon will still be greyed out, if I delete the shortcut and make a new shortcut same thing happens, only temporary fix it's resetting the gpu to factory reset or wipe out everything and start anew, so I think Colif is actually correct and there is a bug on Win 11

Not a bug.
You can expect the same thing every time you reset or reinstall windows.

Grey icons with line under them - means previously purchased/installed apps, that require additional download/update.
