I built a new PC a month ago, & it opens apps slowly. Same thing happened with my old PC. My old PC I had since 2018 & late last year is when I started experiencing it. Idk what it is? I thought it was my RAM so I upgraded to 6000MHZ 32GB CL30 RAM. After installing, I enabled EXPO & set the speed to 6000. It opened everything so much faster but, after awhile it started being slow again. When I open chrome & open a website, after it takes a minute to load a page, it stops loading everything slowly until, I close chrome again. Idk why. I thought it could also be my PC is plugged on a extension cord so I plugged it against the wall & still nothing. Could it be drivers/updates I'm missing? I'm lost please help. Thank you.

If you're referring to the apps that are online based...and needs to access a site, it can very well be your ISP. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? You state upgrading the ram, what were you on prior? How is the AIO mounted in your case and what sort of temps do you see on your platform?

Where did you source the installer for your OS?

So the ram before was corsair vengeance 32GB 5200MHZ. I upgraded because someone on here told me it was too slow. So I upgraded to G Skill Flare X5 32GB 6000MHZ. AIO is mounted on the side of my PC not on top. BIOS is E7E12AMS.180 it came out 5/27/2024.
