First of all ralph, you should create your own thread.
Second, your ram is set at default 400 mhz (which is really 800 mhz because its ddr2) all 1066 mhz ram is default at 400 mhz (which again, is 800 mhz) and you must go into the bios (tapping f2 on startup is probably the key) and then search around in the bios untill you come to your ram settings, there should be a ram speed option that is set at auto, select it at manual and you will see some ram speeds, select 533 mhz and apply the setting.
Now your ram speed is fixed. and yes, your ram is fine, all 1066 mhz ram says 400 mhz untill you manually set it to 533 mhz.
