I mean I know why it happens. For example Mega.co.nz, Firedrive, Mediafire and ect, When people Share their files with a lot of people the company automatically delete the file. Thinking that it is something copyright like a movie or etc that is being shared illegally. Im not sharing any copyrighted materials, just video editing tutorials I've made on my own. But since they get shared all around the internet the file hosts takes it down. Is there any free File hosting website that doesn't delete files ever or is their another way to avoid getting my files from ever being deleted. FYI using YouTube is not an option. And is there a way to know how many time a file can be shared before it can get deleted ? Thank You

If you use too much bandwidth, it starts costing them a lot of money to host it. Cheap web hosting companies will also do this once you hit a fair bit of traffic.

If you want it to go to lots of people, you either need to pay big bucks or put it on somewhere with ads, e.g. Youtube.
The only thing I can think of to be absolutely sure your files will be safely stored is to get a cheap paid web storage account...
Maybe using an FTP server or dropbox or something similar could work, but that would mean you had to provide the storage and bandwith yourself...

Thank you for the information. I haven't used google drive or Dropbrox. Do you know if they also delete over shared files?
