Why do they say intel's 8700k performs better in games than AMD's TR4 cpu's ?

TR4 is pretty big socket cpu . i don't see how it's only for workstation tasks ?!

Bottleneck calculators are garbage. Are you actually encountering a real FPS problem in your games?

no but my computer gets really hot and noisy , like in as much little as cod multiplayer

As Matt notes, that has nothing to do with a bottleneck. There's something else going on in your rig, heat-wise. What are your temperatures like? If you have some combination of poor airflow, improperly installed cooler, and dust, it's possible that you're getting throttling at load. Because your CPU should *not* be causing a problem.
