If the case is just a Billing Software for a small pharmacy or a Grocery Store...
I want to provide an interface to the customers to do the orders themselves directly in the mobile instead of them passing the orders through whatsApp and my friend is feeding it manually into the system to generate the bills...

"pharmacy" indicates significant personal and privacy health issues.
"orders" and "Billing" indicate financial security.

I believe both iPhone and latest Android phones have a good browsers in it...
We already have all the personal and private details...
No online transactions but can give only orders later our collection boy will collect the money in person.

Well, not sure what you're asking for.

You build your applications to meet all the requirements, in whatever tool and platform you're familiar with.

Design, code, test, deploy, maintain.
I could do it. I cannot (will not) build it for you.
