Why Do Xbox one games look better than Ps4 Games?

I have a ps4, but every time I see the same game on Xbox one, it looks better. Why?

From comparison vids ive seen the PS4 (I thought) looked much better especially with water textures/reflections. I found an article that might help.

Well as far as I know, the XB1 has about 100mhz faster processing power and you can see any any video, you'll notice that xb1 keeps much better (stable) frames than ps4. Microsoft somehow finds a way to beat sony like with the 360, graphics were a bit (only noticeable by side by side comparison) downgraded (a heavy word tho) but absolutely great frames.

Yeah, on my ps4, online games often drop in framerate quite unexpectedly. On xbox tthough, dips are rather uncommon (even though the resolution may be worse).

this question is just for knowledge. I wanted to know that do you really feel a diff.between 900p and 1080p? no matter how hard I try but I just cant feel any diff.or it's maybe just me...

No, I cannot see the difference at all. For example, on MGS ground zeros, the xbox one is running at 720p while the ps4 1080p - both look EXACTLY the same. However, I think the xbox one has brighter color correction which can get pretty noticeable on some games.

FPS is much harder to discern on platforms since there usually locked @24 or @30 FPS where PCs your avg is 60FPS or with the right monitor 144FPS. Also another thing to consider is that if your gaming on a HDTV even though the tv says its 240hz its actually 60 and makes "fake" frames to make the gameplay look smoother then it actually is. So adding in these different variables it makes it difficult to say which system is better. I used to have a xbox/360 but I think if I had the choice now id probably go with PS4 if I had to pick between the two.

I was also going for ps4 but trust me, there was this accident and the next thing I knew was that I had a xb1 on my lap but I am a proud xb1 owner over ps4.

From a ps4 owners point of view, the console displays both awesome and annoying features. Battlefield 4 runs smoothly without lag , while a digital copy of CoD Ghosts or even minecraft is often choppy and the frame rates almost completely drop. I know Sony will probably address these bugs in the future, but I'm started to get fed up with their service. For instance, My ps4 is under warranty but they refuse to provide me with another controller where the thumb-stick broke. Normally I would go out just buy a new own, but ive barely owned it long enough to warrant another purchase. Because they are winning the console war, Sony's customer service and care for their customers/rproducts is started to show.

I'm sure either system is fine for gaming, personally though im just a big PC fan. Between being able to MOD games like Skyrim or playing BF4 with 64 other players is always fun but at a much higher price premium. My system (in sig) was around 2500$ just for the tower but to me is well worth the $$$.

I've wanted to build my own gaming rig for a while now, but I just don't have the time or cash 🙁 . For now, consoles are the only thing that bridge the gap between fun and cost. But you're right, you pay for quality.

Depending on your sceen size........
If you run 900p and 1080p in a small screen ,there would be no difference at all.....
But if you run it in a big screen you will see that 1080p is a little bit smoother ........
Say the amount of blocky things you see in 900p=x
the,the amt. of blocky things in 1080p will be = <x
