Why does Gigabyte delete old BIOS versions?

I am asking because I installed a new version and stuff isn't great so I'd like to go back to my old version (I fotgot to back up the old one) and I can't find it anyware. Not on the Gigabyte's website, nowhere on the internet. Is there a way I can get it?
I have a Gigabyte H61MA-D2V and I want the version F1 (I have F9)

It may have been seriously problematic is some way that wasn't affecting your particular components or usage. So they wanted it off the market for legal reasons. Is there a BIOS version in between F9 and F1 that you can use?
