hi, i want help plz, my wi-fi disconnects and connects to an open network and my laptop is really slow any solutions that can rectify this i am not vey technical so sum easy suggestions plz.

You are probably receiving a weak signal. And computer running slow may point to infection on your computer. Run your AV scanner.

Also download Malwarebytes Antimalware scanner. they have a free version, a trial version, and a Pro version (realtime protection).
